instruction description: Problem: When you try plug in your handheld, you see a pop up message from Comodo that explorer.exe is trying to execute AutoRun.exe. Resolution: Make sure Allow this request and Remember my answer are selected. Click Ok. Problem: Comodo displays a message that ME2Desktop.exe is trying to access the Service Control Manager. Resolution: Make sure Treat this application as and Remember my answer are selected. Select Trusted Application from the drop down menu. Click Ok. Problem: Comodo displays a message that ME2Desktop.exe is trying to access your web browser (iexplore.exe, firefox.exe, etc). Resolution: Make sure Allow this request and Remember my answer are selected. Click Ok. Problem: ME2 pops up a message “Failed to synchronize game data” and when you try to play ME2, you get an error that says “Could not contact me2 Server. Please check your Internet connection and any firewall/blocking software.” Resolution: Right click the Comodo icon in the system tray. Select Firewall Security Level. See that Block All Mode is checked. Select Safe Mode. Click the checkmark on the me2 error to try again.
